If you are experiencing issues with your existing account, please contact our customer support.

On the Login, click the "Forgot password?" link below the password field. Enter your registered phone number or email address and you will receive a recovery link. 5 questions

dking888 withdrawals are processed within 24 hours from the time the request is submitted, on standard business days. Once approved, the time for funds to reach your bank account depends on your bank — typically ranging from a few minutes up to a maximum of 1 business day. E-wallet withdrawals are generally faster than traditional bank transfers.

The minimum withdrawal limit at dking888 is RM50. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts, and higher for VIP members depending on membership tier. If you wish to make a withdrawal exceeding the standard limit, please contact our customer support team in advance to obtain special approval.

A withdrawal can be rejected for several reasons:
  • KYC verification incomplete or documents insufficient
  • Bonus wagering requirement has not been met
  • Bank account details do not match the dking888 account name
  • Suspicious activity or violation of terms of use
  • Daily withdrawal limit has been reached
Contact customer support to find out the specific reason and how to resolve it.

If you make more than one withdrawal in a day, additional withdrawals may be subject to a small administrative fee. Check the Terms and Conditions for full information on our withdrawal policy.

Withdrawal requests still under "In Progress" status can be cancelled from your account dashboard. Once a request moves to "Approved" or "Sent" status, cancellation is no longer possible. If you need to cancel an already approved withdrawal, contact our customer support immediately — however, there is no guarantee that cancellation can be completed at that stage.

Bonuses & Promotions

5 questions

A wagering requirement is a condition that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling RM2,000 before that bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type — check the page Terms and Conditions for details on each promotion.

The first deposit bonus is automatically credited to your account once your first deposit is confirmed — no special code required. The bonus value depends on the deposit amount and the promotional offer active at that time. Make sure your account is verified (at minimum, phone number verification) before making your first deposit to be eligible for this bonus.

Depending on the bonus type, there may be restrictions on certain games. For example, slot bonuses can typically only be used for Slot Games, while general casino bonuses can be used on Live Casino and table games. All restrictions are clearly stated in each bonus's terms. Check the bonus details in your account dashboard before playing.

Bonus validity periods vary by type. A first deposit bonus is typically valid for 30 days from the credited date. Daily reload bonuses are valid for 24 hours. Weekly cashback must be used within 7 days from the credited date. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited and cannot be recovered. Check the expiry date in the bonus section of your account dashboard.

To use the dking888 referral program, log in to your account and go to the Promotions > Refer a Friend. Copy your unique referral code or link and share it with friends. When your friend registers using that code and completes their first deposit, the referral bonus will be credited to your account within 48 hours. There is no limit on the number of referrals — the more friends you invite, the more bonuses you earn.

Yes. All slot games and table games at dking888 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited and certified. This ensures every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including the platform itself. For Live Casino, games are operated by real dealers in real time via high-quality video streaming.

Some slot games at dking888 offer a demo mode that lets you play without depositing, for practice and familiarization purposes. However, winnings from demo mode cannot be withdrawn. To play with real money and enjoy full winnings, you will need to make a deposit into your account. Demo mode is the best way to understand the mechanics of a new game before placing real bets.

Security

4 questions

dking888 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Personal information is stored on servers protected by strict access controls and audited regularly. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is managed.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your login process. Even if someone knows your password, they still cannot access your account without the OTP code sent to your phone. To enable 2FA, log in and go to Account Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication, then follow the on-screen instructions. We strongly recommend all players enable 2FA.

Take immediate action: (1) Change your password from your account settings. (2) Review the session log in Settings > Account Activity to view your login records. (3) Contact dking888 customer support via Live Chat and report the incident with the details you have. Our security team will investigate and take appropriate action to protect your account and funds. Remember: dking888 will never ask for your password through any channel.

If you receive an email claiming to be from dking888 but asking for your password, bank account details, or other sensitive personal information, it is a phishing attempt. dking888 never requests sensitive information via email. Do not click any links in such emails. Report it to our support team by forwarding the suspicious email. Always verify that the website URL you are visiting is dking888.pro correctly.

Mobile & App

4 questions

Yes, dking888 has a mobile app available for iOS and Android. The app delivers a gaming experience optimized for mobile screens — easy navigation, fast loading, and the same level of security as the desktop version. Download the app directly from the dking888 website or follow the instructions shown in your account.

Over 95% of games at dking888 are fully available on mobile, including slots, live casino, fish shooting, and bingo. A small number of games built on older technology may not be fully optimized for mobile, but these are very few. The dking888 mobile platform is built to be responsive and accessible directly through your phone's browser — no app download required.

For Android, the minimum requirement is version Android 7.0 and above with at least 2GB of RAM. For iOS, you will need iOS 13 and above. A stable internet connection — either Wi-Fi or 4G/5G mobile data — is required for a smooth gaming experience, especially for Live Casino which uses video streaming. A minimum of 200MB storage space is required for app installation.

We do not recommend logging into your dking888 account over public Wi-Fi or on shared devices due to high security risks. If you must do so, make sure you log out completely when done and do not select the "remember me" option. dking888's SSL encryption protects your data in transit, but a compromised device or network can still expose your information to unauthorized parties.
